In celebration of their 20th anniversary, Amy Austria and husband Duke Ventura renewed their marital vows with the iconic Manila Bay sunset behind them.
Austria and Ventura took a cruise at the Manila Bay for his birthday celebration; it turned out to be a double celebration to coincide with their renewal of vows. This was seen in an Instagram post on Friday, March 15, shared by the couple’s close friend, actor Tirso Cruz III.
In his post, Cruz narrated the scene behind the photo to his recently departed eldest son, Teejay.
“Yesterday was a very happy day,” Cruz said. “A celebration of 20 years of blissful togetherness for both of them. It was such a touching and beautiful ceremony.”
Meanwhile, Austria proudly showed off her new wedding ring.
Austria and Ventura married in January 1999, as per the Philippine Entertainment Portal. Before Ventura, Austria was the partner of late actor Jay Ilagan, who died in a motorcycle crash in February 1992.
