WATCH: For ‘Avengers’ spoilers, Mark Ruffalo gets grilled in lie detector test
Mark Ruffalo is staying true to his word that he will not to spill spoilers about “Avengers: Endgame”.
Ruffalo got grilled by TV host Jimmy Fallon, who was hoping to squeeze out secrets from the actor on the upcoming movie. Fallon made Ruffalo go through a lie detector test, as seen in an episode of “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” which aired Wednesday night, March 13.
Fallon first went easy with Ruffalo by asking him basic questions, such as what his name is and if he is sitting on a chair.
Things got more interesting when the host started asking Ruffalo about the movie, if his character The Hulk is a “shape-shifting alien” known as Skrull. “No, Jimmy, I can’t answer that, man!” the actor replied, which had the device showing that he was lying.
The host went on to ask if there were any clues in the movie’s trailer that no one has figured out yet. When Ruffalo answered, “Not that I’m aware of,” the lie detector test once again went wild, as if signifying that he was not saying the truth.
