BTS announces latest album ‘Map of the Soul: Persona’

Global K-pop sensation BTS just announced that its newest album will be released by April 12.

Through the group’s official fan cafe, the group’s management company Big Hit Entertainment informed fans about the release of “Map of the Soul: Persona”, BTS’ latest album after the highly-successful “Love Yourself” trilogy (“Her”, “Tear” and “Answer”).

The new album signals the group’s first comeback in eight months.

The title of BTS’ new album was previously hinted in an introductory video during the group’s performance at the 2018 Mnet Asian Music Awards.

The boy group has taken the international music scene by storm, performing at the Billboard Music Awards and American Music awards last year.

Their title song “Fake Love” was the first Korean boy group song to enter the Billboard Hot 100. JB
