Eric ‘Eruption’ Tai, wife welcome baby boy

MANILA, Philippines — Eric Tai aka “Eruption” and his wife, Rona, have welcomed a baby boy!

Tai happily announced the news in an Instagram post on Tuesday.

He posted a photo of their baby with caption: “LEGEND ERIC TAI has arrived and he is a PRE-MATURE MASSIVE UNIT!!! 34 weeks, 7lbs, 52cms long.”

“All of our prayers have been answered because of our Faith in the Lord Almighty, your love and your support,” Tai wrote.

“Gratitude to all our families, friends and fans all around the world and especially to the helpful, intelligent and hardworking doctors and nurses here at Medical City! You are all Legends in our books!” he added.

Tai also thanked his wife Rona, saying “Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. We did it love, i can’t believe it, you did it, you fought strong and hard and never gave up.”

The couple announced they were expecting a baby boy in December 2018. 

Tai and his non-showbiz wife got married in 2015. Both were contestants of AXN’s “The Amazing Race Asia” on its fifth season in 2016. /cbb
