The actress-host also asked, “Bakit ayaw mo kami mag-boyfriend noong teenager pa lang kami?” to which her father replied with, “Kasi ayaw namin kayo magsisi.”

“Hindi pa kaya bumabalanse. Kayo kasi, ‘pag teenager pa, puro damdamin ‘yan, e. ’Gusto ko ‘yun!’” Bonoy said.

Also revealed in the vlog were the reasons why Bonoy disapproved of Toni’s previous suitors. Toni mentioned the names, but were censored from the viewer, and her father gave descriptions as to why he did not like them for Toni.

Toni’s last question was why he never talked to her now-husband Paul Soriano when they were still dating.

Magkakaproblema tayo.’”

Toni and Soriano tied the knot in 2015 after dating for eight years. They now have a two-year-old son named Seve.

At the end of the video, Toni shared her realizations on the strict parenting style of his father: “I realized that the pain of discipline is better than the pain of regret. The man who I thought broke my heart before was actually the one who saved my heart from being broken so many times.” /cbb
