Anne Curtis has always maintained a fit figure, but it seems this year she is motivated to get a leaner body.
A video shared by Isabelle Daza last Jan. 11 on Instagram showed her and Curtis working out with personal trainer Arnold Aninion and struggling to do their drills.
A few weeks later, Curtis proudly announced today, Jan. 31, that the strict fitness and diet regimen she has taken on has been effective.
Curtis showed off her smaller waistline and solid abs in her post.
She said she was on her third week of a ketogenic vegetarian diet and had been training religiously with Aninion.
“FINALLY there is progress. First week was a struggle specially when we had to lower my calorie count to 1200,” she said.
“Second week I kinda felt like ano ba to? Pamatay na workouts ko pero parang konti lang ang difference.”
(Second week I kinda felt like what is this? Killer workouts but with little difference.)
She said she could see results now on her third week “after a year of YOLO in 2018″—though she did run the London Marathon, she enjoyed traveling with husband Erwan Heussaff, including a month-long honeymoon in Africa.
Her weight from 130 lbs. was now at 121 lbs. “losing excess fat but not losing my muscle mass.”
She shared that she got to relax too: “Although on weekends, I let myself indulge in food I love to eat!!!!”
“Can’t wait to reach my goal that is my normal and average weight for my height!”
