Is Iza Calzado ready to be a mom?

After walking down the aisle recently in a beach wedding in Coron, Palawan, is Iza Calzado now ready to have a baby?
The actress admitted that the question was something that she and new husband, Ben Wintle, had to talk about “a long time ago.” This she said in a “Tonight with Boy Abunda” interview aired Wednesday night.
“‘Yun yung isa sa mga ano [concerns] ni Ben eh, parang gusto niya masigurado na kahit man lang isa, papayag akong magkaroon ng anak,” Calzado told talk-show host Boy Abunda. “…I still have a fears of getting there. It’s a big commitment, it’s a big responsibility.”
(That’s one of Ben’s concerns, I think he wants to make sure that even if it’s only one, I’ll agree to have a kid.)
Calzado added that she committed to having one child first, then they will see if they are willing to add more to their family. “Let’s play it by ear,” she said.
How Sunshine got Calzado’s wedding gift
Calzado, meanwhile, shared some details about her wedding, including a sentimental gift she received from her fellow “Encantadia” co-star Sunshine Dizon—a bracelet that belonged to the bride’s late mother, Mary Ann Ussher.
But how did Dizon get a hold of it? Calzado said she sold the bracelet to Dizon at a time when she was in need of cash.
She added that she “completely forgot” about the bracelet. “There were two items she bought from me, a ring and a bracelet,” Calzado said. “And I just remembered the ring.”
“It was the perfect time for her to give it back to me,” she added. “Not that I wanted her to give it back to me or demand for her to give it back to me.”
