Nicko Falcis breaks silence following ‘Kris Aquino’s bullying tactics’
MANILA, Philippines — Nicko Falcis, former project manager of Kris Aquino, said he was forced to break his silence because of the latter’s “bullying tactics.”

“I was forced to air our side because of all her bullying tactics (gaslighting) directly and indirectly,” Falcis wrote in an Instagram post accompanying a photo of his lawyer’s press statement on Wednesday.
“We refuse to be your victim, Kris! I never knew I’d be dragged into one of your life controversies and even experience such fear for my safety,” he said.
The statement of Falcis’ lawyer Regidor A. Ponferrada from Ponferrada Ty Law Offices denied Aquino’s claim that their law firm used “delaying tactics” in filing Falcis’ counter-affidavit.
“This is to categorically deny the statements made in a Facebook live broadcast that our client, NICARDO M. FALCIS II, and our law firm are engaged in ‘delaying tactics’ and that we ‘maliciously timed’ the filing of our client’s Counter-Affidavit,” the statement read.
Falcis filed his counter-affidavit before the Office of the Prosecutor in Manila last January 3. He also filed counter-affidavits in Pasig and Taguig last December 17, 2018.
The counter-affidavits were filed in response to Aquino’s criminal complaints filed last October 2018 against Falcis for allegedly using funds from her production company, Kristina C. Aquino Productions (KCAP), for personal use.

The statement also said that Falcis’ camp filed an omnibus motion “to dismiss the cases for forum-shopping, for consolidation of the cases before the Department of Justice, or for suspension of the criminal cases.”
“Thus, we did not immediately file Nicardo M. Falcis II’s Counter-Affidavit, as the same might render our Omnibus Motion moot,” it added.
Falcis then slammed Aquino, saying, “Unlike her, we do not announce nor parade ourselves irresponsibly just to get the attention of people and project a so-called fighter image. We follow the rule of law and we abide by the security protocol advised by my lawyers and family members.”
Falcis ended his post by saying, “I pray that this will all be over and that we all make sure no one gets bullied in life!” /ee
