Joaquin, son of actress Kaye Abad and her husband Paul Jake Castillo, had a colorful, carnival-themed celebration to mark his first birthday.

Joaquin, who shares the same Dec. 22 birthday as his dad, was treated to a fun-filled day in a party held in Cebu City. Photo coordinating service Nice Print captured snaps from the occasion, posted on Abad’s Instagram account last Wednesday, Dec. 26.

The couple proudly posed with their son for his very own carnival. The festive trimmings had Joaquin’s name spelled out, amid balloons, painted clouds and a lion.
