Will he get the girl?
McCoy de Leon and Elisse Joson will tell a tale of a budding romance happening in cool Baguio City in “Sakaling Maging Tayo,” as seen in the movie’s trailer released Friday.
De Leon and Joson play Pol and Laya, two college freshmen who meet in the city on their last day of school. After seeing Laya grieve over a past relationship, Pol decides to make her night memorable by engaging in dares before she moves back to Manila.
As they go on with their list of dares, little did they know that this would build a relationship between the two. Will Pol be able to heal Laya’s broken heart?
“Sakaling Maging Tayo” is directed by JP Habac, who helmed 2017’s “I’m Drunk, I Love You,” and is released under Black Sheep Productions. Watch how Pol and Laya’s night will turn out when the movie hits theaters on Jan. 16, 2019. /ra
