Scarlett Kramer on Sunday celebrated her seventh birthday with a winter wonderland-themed party held at The Blue Leaf, Fort Bonifacio.
The second daughter of Chesca Garcia-Kramer and Doug Kramer wore a pink lace ball gown with fairy lights and a red cloak.

Meanwhile, Scarlett’s sister Kendra wore a light teal gown while Gavin looked like royalty in his dapper outfit.

The venue was decorated with white ornaments to create a magical and frosty feel to the celebration.

“My baby luvie has dreamt of this birthday for so long! And look how beautiful she is!” Chesca wrote in an Instagram post.

Doug, on the other hand, shared why he gifted Scarlett a promise ring just like how he did when their firstborn Kendra turned seven two years ago.

The promise ring, Doug said, “is an outward symbol of a promise between people, just like papa and mama’s wedding ring to symbolize our love and marriage.”
With the gift, Doug wanted Scarlett to remember “how I treat you, how I respect you as a girl, how I encourage to build your relationship with God and how I unconditionally love you.”
He shared how some people think it’s too early for him to give something like this to her daughter.
However, he insisted how he wants to “set the standard and benchmark of how a man should treat a lady” and through this gesture, he hopes his daughters “won’t settle anything for less.”
Team Kramer also recently went to Amanpulo to celebrate Scarlett’s birthday. Scarlett turned seven last November 28. /je
