Edward Barber says Maymay Entrata ‘shining brighter than any star’ after Dubai fashion gig

As if making it big in the Arab Fashion Week wasn’t enough, Maymay Entrata was complimented by Edward Barber for being an “absolute star.”
Barber shared his thoughts on Maymay through an Instagram post uploaded Nov. 30. “You’re a star. An absolute star,” the actor wrote.
He added, “I know this is long overdue but you shouldn’t forget this: Nagdala ka ng karangalan sa ating bansa at ipinakita mo sa mga tao kung paano yakapin ang totoong pagkatao nila. You’re an inspiration to many, not just me. It’s an absolute pleasure to share this journey with you.”

Barber also recalled how Entrata was just a starry-eyed girl when she first entered the “Pinoy Big Brother” house as one of the housemates. And yet now he sees Entrata as someone “shining brighter than any star in the sky.“

Article continues after this advertisementThe two stars appear to get along quite well because of their shared “weirdness” according to a Sept. 14 Instagram post by Barber. He wrote then, “We’re weird. That’s what makes us happy.”
