Actress Kris Aquino said she wouldn’t have filed cases before the court if her sons, Josh and Bimby, weren’t suffering.

“Napilitan lang ako na gawin to because, kung ako lang to, wala kayong maririnig sa’kin. Hahayaan ko nalang. Pero my two sons have suffered,” she told the reporters on Thursday at the Department of Justice (DOJ).

The “Queen of All Media” recounted seeing her eldest son Josh, whom she said has a bleeding ulcer, having blood on his bed.

“The other day, nung nakita ko na ang daming dugo sa kama niya, because nakikita nila what their mother is going through, e,” she narrated.

Meanwhile, she shared how her son Bimby experiences asthma and nosebleed almost every day, urging him to take different medicines.

She said: “Second is Bimb, yung asthma niya halos araw araw. Every day nagno-nosebleed tapos ang dami na ring gamot na iniinom para ma-control yung asthma, yung sakit.”

“I’m the only parent they have. So sabi ko, kung ‘di ko ilalaban ‘to, mahihiya ako sa mga anak ko,” she added.

Aquino asked, “If my two sons have to suffer, what kind of mother will I be if ‘di ko sila ipagtatanggol?”

Aquino personally went to the DOJ on Thursday to file cyber libel against Atty. Jesus Falcis, the brother of her former manager Nicardo M. Falcis.

She earlier filed several complaints to the latter including qualified theft and a violation of Republic Act 8484 or the Access Devices Regulation Act (RA 8484).    /muf
