Aguilera recounted the encounter during her sold-out “Liberation Tour” show at The Saenger Theater, New Orleans on November 9.
“Last night, I go to this little bar and there’s this live band. I was like ‘Let me get up on stage and jam with this guy and maybe I’ll sing a song or whatever and be fun,’” the singer said, as seen in a video posted on Twitter by The Advocate’s Marchaund Jones.

Bryant admitted he didn’t recognize Aguilera in a report by New Orleans television station WGNO.
“I’m sorry Christina, I just didn’t recognize you! I didn’t recognize her because she had a cap over her head and over her eyes. She was in a jersey,” Bryant said.
He went on to say how he feels bad about what happened and would love if Aguilera could come back and sing with him.
“Come back Christina. You can sing anything you want with us,” he said.
Aguilera’s “Liberation Tour” supports her eighth studio album “Liberation” released last June with songs “Maria,” “Dreamers” and a collaboration with Demi Lovato “Fall in Line.” /cbb
