‘Sa Mga Bituin Na Lang Ibubulong’ wins Himig Handog 2018

“Sa Mga Bituin Na Lang Ibubulong,” composed by Kyle Raphael Borbon and interpreted by JM De Guzman was named winner of Himig Handog 2018 competition.

The song was performed by Jason Dy during the grand finals held on Sunday at “ASAP” stage.

Finishing at second and third place were “Wakasan” composed by Philip Arvin Jarilla and interpreted by Agsunta and “Kababata” composed by John Michael Edixon and interpreted Kyla and Kritiko.

“Mas Mabuti Pa” composed by Mhonver Lopez and Joanna Concepcion and interpreted by Janine Berdin finished fourth and garnered the Star Music Listeners Choice award.

“Tinatapos Ko Na,” produced by Jimmy Antiporda, composed by Sarah Jane Gandia and interpreted by Jona won fifth place and bagged the Best Produced Track award.

Meanwhile, “Sugarol” composed by Jan Sabili and interpreted by Maris Racal bagged three special awards: MOR’s Choice, TFC’s Global Choice for Favorite Song and MYX Choice for Best Music Video.

Sam Mangubat for “Wala Kang Alam” was named One Music PH’s Choice for Favorite Interpreter. /cbb
