While Kyline Alcantara has kept her mouth shut amid rumors of her breakup with basketball player Kobe Paras, she piqued the attention of netizens after making a cryptic remark about kindness.

In a now-expired Instagram Story, the “Shining Inheritance” actress shared a photo of what appeared to be a page from a book containing the words, “I know my kindness hurts me, but I will continue to choose it.”

Alcantara and Paras have been hounded with breakup speculations after netizens noticed that they deleted some photos of themselves on their Instagram accounts. They have also limited the comments section of their posts, as of this writing.

Meanwhile, Kobe’s brother Andre slammed allegations made against the athlete, where he was claimed to be a “party boy.” This was in answer to a netizen who alluded to Kobe’s “walwal” (carefree) lifestyle as a possible cause of his supposed split from Alcantara.

Kobe confirmed that he and Alcantara are “dating” in November 2024. She was previously romantically involved with Mavy Legaspi, wh0 is now in a relationship with Ashley Ortega.
