Tony Labrusca gets an angelic ‘burger’ upgrade

Tony Labrusca gets an upgrade, well, according to this one social media post.

With a bounty of memes to look at and have a good laugh over, one meme stood out from the rest — the mashup of Labrusca’s past commercial appearance with his most recent film, “Glorious.”

It seems that the team-up of  Angel Aquino and Labrusca has struck a chord with the netizens.

An image posted on Blade Entertainment PH showed a made-up sequence of what looked like Labrusca’s change of heart — from wanting a certain brand of burger to wanting “Angel’s Burger.”

“Angel’s Burger” was derived from the name of Labrusca’s lover in “Glorious.”

“Glorious,” top-billed by Aquino and Labrusca, not only gained attention online for its steamy scenes when the film’s trailer was released on Sunday, it also prompted debates about age gaps in relationships.
