Seventeen’s main rapper, Vernon, has been confirmed to participate in legendary K-hip hop artist Drunken Tiger’s goodbye album.

Drunken Tiger’s agency, Fheel Good Music, confirmed on Nov. 7 that Vernon will be working with Tiger JK on his tenth and final album as Drunken Tiger, titled “X: Rebirth of Tiger JK”.

The agency has also confirmed that Drunken Tiger will be doing collaborations with other artists such as Kim JongKook of Running Man, HaHa of Infinite Challenge, Eun Ji Won of Here Comes Trouble, DefConn of 2 Days 1 Night, and BTS’ RM.

FEATURED STORIES

The name Drunken Tiger holds significant meaning as they are one of the first K-hip hop groups to pioneer Korea’s hip hop culture in the late 1990s.

This makes the upcoming final album important. It will be an end of an era since Tiger JK announced that he will no longer be releasing music under the name Drunken Tiger after this. JB
