LISTEN: First new song in 4 years from Slipknot
The American heavy metal band is back with a new track called “All Out Life”, their first new song in four years, Pitchfork reports.
The video, directed by the band’s Shawn Crahan, also known as “Clown”, features a series of individuals dressed all in white with skeleton masks, who get doused in a blood-like liquid by mysterious hooded figures.
With over five million views and counting, the track “All Out Life” is reported to be the band’s first new music since 2015’s “.5: The Gray Chapter” album.
The single is almost certain to feature on a new album. In fact, band member Corey Taylor told Pitchfork that the upcoming record would be “one of the darkest chapters in Slipknot’s history.”
Slipknot are set to embark on a European tour in 2019. JB
