Maine Mendoza on ‘showbiz boyfriend’: Not secret but private

Television and social media personality Maine Mendoza said she would be open about having a boyfriend from show business but would keep it low profile.
She revealed this during a recent press conference of her launching as a skincare brand’s new endorser.
Maine said she won’t keep the relationship secret but added, “Mas okay na kung ano yung ginagawa n’yo, you keep it private kasi syempre mahirap.”
Entering this kind of relationship can be tough because “people will meddle,” she said in an interview over Philstar.com.
“Parang ang dami nilang icocomment about sa buhay mo, sa love life mo, so mas okay kung private. Pero hindi naman yung as in yung sikretong sikreto,” she added.
Mendoza and actor Arjo Atayde have reportedly been spotted dating at the Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
Photos and videos of the two have been circulating online, sparking intrigue from the netizens.
