Liam Payne has had enough of romantic speculations between him and female members of his team.

The “Strip That Down” singer noticed a Daily Mail article about him and a “mystery girl” and went on to slam the press for its write-ups on him and the women around him.

Payne, 25, tweeted on Sunday, Oct. 21: “My team is full of talented, smart professional women. I find it wrong that they are reduced to being linked to me romantically in the press just for simply standing next to me.”

“Isn’t it time we treat women with a bit more respect?”

“So far the press have done this with every female member of my staff,” he said. “It’s demeaning some are in relationships and it complicates [their] work environment when they do this to them… I think it stops here.”

Jonah Marais of boy band Why Don’t We concurred: “Hell yes.”

“Pretty Little Liars” actor Keegan Allen said, “Liam is coming for the entire world with this.”

Last March, singer Cheryl defended Payne when he was being linked to one of his dancers whom he was seen chatting to at a hotel bar. She described the woman as an “innocent dancer colleague” and it turned out that the dancer already had a fiance.

Payne and Cheryl announced their separation last July after being in a relationship since 2016.  /ra
