LOOK: Kim Chiu wins Best Single Performance by an Actress at Star Awards

Kapamilya actress Kim Chiu shared through Instagram her happiness and gratitude after winning Best Single Performance by an Actress at the PMPC Star Awards for Television held on Sunday, Oct. 14.

“Dagdag inspiration po ito para sa akin, to be better in what I do everyday,” Chiu wrote in an Instagram post on Monday.

The recognition is for her guest appearance at legal drama anthology “Ipaglaban Mo” which also won the Best Drama Anthology award.

“Happy 4th anniversary ipaglaban mo mabuhay kayo!!!! continue to educate viewers who have the same experience or people who in the future might get into the same situation.”

Chiu’s episode of “Ipaglaban Mo” with RK Bagatsing tackled the issue of parents who are fighting over the custody of their child. It was a special fourth year anniversary episode of the show shot in South Korea.

The actress thanked the directors of “Ipaglaban Mo,” its staff and her fellow actors Bagatsing and Korean actor Moon Kyu Min. /atm
