BTS meets President Moon Jae-in at Korea-France Friendship Concert

K-pop sensation BTS met with South Korean President Moon Jae-in and the First Lady Kim Jung Sook at the Korea-France Friendship Concert in Paris on Sunday, Oct. 14.

In a tweet by BTS’ official promotional Twitter account on Sunday, the seven members can be seen posing with President Moon and his First Lady Kim backstage.

With the theme “Resonance of Korea Musicians,” BTS performed for the Korea-France Friendship Concert that aimed to strengthen relations between South Korea and France.

The concert also consisted of other performances from Korean acts like MoonGoGo, Black Spring, among others.

The South Korean President is set to meet French President Emmanuel Macron on Monday. He will also visit Italy, Belgium, and Denmark.

BTS is also in the middle of the European leg of their ‘Love Yourself’ tour and will perform in Paris on October 19 and 20, following two shows in Berlin on October 16 and 17. /je
