MTRCB turns 33

The Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) celebrated at its office another year of service as it reached its 33rd anniversary on Oct. 5.

Leading the event was the agency’s head, Rachel Arenas, accompanied by other board members present to signify their support.

In line with this celebration, the MTRCB also formalized its partnership with the Quezon City Film Development Commission (QCFDC) in the interest of empowering the movie industry further.

The signing was led by Arenas  and QCFDC executive director Ed Lejano.

FEATURED STORIES

This memorandum of understanding is in anticipation of the QCFDC’s event, the QCinema International Film Festival.

Arenas also led the signing of the renewed Collective Negotiations Agreement formed by the MTRCB Employee Association, together with the Confederation for Unity, Recognition and Advancement of Government Employees national president, Ferdinand Gaite.
