Momoland’s “BAAM” dance craze has taken the Philippines by storm. Comedienne Kitkat brought the fever to Japan during her impromptu dance numbers in the streets of Kyoto.

While on a vacation with her husband Waldy Fabia in the land of the rising sun, Kitkat made sure she will forever be remembered by locals and tourists alike with her all out performances, videos of which she shared via Instagram last Monday, Sept. 17.

Kitkat, who was channeling Korean fashion with her skin-toned, knee-length romper, printed sneakers and hair in pigtails, moved to the beat of the K-pop girl group’s latest track at the Fushimi Inari Taisha. Curious onlookers watched as she danced like no one’s watching. During her dance number, she noticed she was being filmed by delighted bystanders but she continued nonetheless.

Unsatisfied with just one dance, she proceeded to dance further in the streets of Kyoto.

In a busy sidewalk flanked with food and what looks like souvenir stalls, she unabashedly performed, uncaring of the bewildered stares she was getting. She even went as far as to tell a passerby, “Yes, okay.”

Her fans, who were amused with her antics, took to the comments section to tell Kitkat how much they enjoyed watching her videos. Some were even jesting she may be discovered by Japanese artist managements because of her performance.

Keep slaying, Kitkat! JB
