LOOK: Legaspi twins, Mavy and Cassy, launch public Instagram profiles
Zoren Legaspi and Carmina Villarroel’s twins, Maverick (Mavy) and Cassandra (Cassy), signed contracts with GMA 7 last June. In line with their showbiz debut, the Legaspi twins launched their now-public Instagram accounts.
“Finally public na po sila. @legaspicassandra @mavylegaspithanks po!” wrote Villaroel in a post she shared via Instagram last Friday, Aug. 31. Alongside her post, she uploaded a screengrab of her notes bearing the Instagram handles of the Legaspi twins.
Cassy has posted five photos and has over 34,100 followers, while her twin, Mavy, has uploaded four photos and has over 32,400 followers, as of this writing.
Cassy made her first Instagram post on Aug, 1, sharing a photo of herself, Mavy and father Zoren signing their contracts with the television network.
She also posted a behind-the-scenes photo of her portfolio photoshoot for the television network on Aug. 12. Wearing a peach dress, Cassy posed in front of the camera confidently.
Zoren and Carmina’s daughter shared a photo of herself last Tuesday, Aug. 28. “Lookin elsewhere,” she captioned.
Cassy showcased her photography skills in her two other photos. One was an image of the luxury brand Louis Vuitton’s store in Times Square, Hong Kong on Aug. 10 and the other was a photo of an art gallery uploaded last Thursday, Aug. 30.
Mavy, on the other hand, formally made his Instagram debut last Friday, Aug. 31. Posting a photo of himself, he wrote: “And the journey begins. Hello Instagram!”
Being the sweet brother to his twin, he made it a point to upload a photo of himself and Cassy on the same day.
Mavy also shared the moment when he took his mother, who celebrated her birthday on Aug. 17, to a fine dining restaurant in Bonifacio Global City yesterday, Sept. 1.
His latest post, made yesterday as well, were screengrabs of their family’s promotional advertisement for a brand of ice cream.
Mavy also made his first Instagram Stories post. Capturing himself in a mini video, he wrote, “Hello.”
The Legaspi twins signed their contracts in July. The television network has yet to announce the twins’ upcoming projects, as of this writing. JB
