Rachel Peters and boyfriend Migz Villafuerte, governor of Camarines Sur, are celebrating a milestone: four years of being together as a couple.
To mark their anniversary, the Binibining Pilipinas-Universe 2017 titleholder and her partner thought it best to exchange messages of love via their respective Instagram pages on Monday, July 16.
Peters posted a photo of her being carried by Villafuerte during their vacation in Siargao. She said that four years into their relationship, he still makes her laugh. The beauty queen then thanked him “for always having my back [and] for being my constant reminder that life is good (it truly is).”
“I thank my lucky stars everyday that fate brought us together,” Peters mused. She added another photo of them having a lovely dinner set up by the resort they were staying at to cap off their day.

Villafuerte too had a message to his lady love, posted with a photo of her enjoying a cruise and looking at the breathtaking view. “[C]heers to more adventures, blessings and days like this together! [L]ife is so awesome with you by my side.”

Some of their fans did not hide their kilig upon seeing their posts, with some being too speechless to even find words, resorting to showering the couple with emoji.

Another fan, @rikanapi, complimented the couple, saying, “You two look so cute together!”

But perhaps @143maricho’s comment stood out the most. She said she mistook Peters for another half-Filipina beauty: Solenn Heussaff. Hence she wondered why Heussaff was with Villafuerte instead of Nico Bolzico.
