Maricar de Mesa made sure her daughter’s first birthday would be celebrated with a bang, and it sure was the case with a Peter Rabbit-themed party.
The 38-year-old actress held a birthday party for her little girl Alianna Sky at the The Clubhouse at Third Greenmeadows in Quezon City. De Mesa shared the photos from the special day to her fans via Instagram yesterday, July 16.
De Mesa looked back to when she was “blessed with this beautiful angel who brings so much joy into our lives,” posting photos from Sky’s earliest days up until her first birthday.
Sky was treated with three delicious-looking birthday cakes that suited the party theme.
There was also a play area where a mini kitchen, police station, house and market was set up. De Mesa stated that “kids didn’t want to go home and just play here!”
Also served in Sky’s birthday party were popcorn and a variety of desserts. Guests were given goody bags for them to take home.
The party was indeed a magical sight, from the entrance that bore pretty party streamers all the way to Sky’s cute baby pictures which adorned the party area.
De Mesa and Sky of course posed with family for a joyful portrait, all in celebration of Sky’s first milestone. JB
