Metro Society magazine Editor-in-chief (EIC) Raul Manzano will be hosting a travel show, “EIC on the Move,” on Metro Channel starting this month.
“EIC On The Move” will premiere on July 30 at 9:00 p.m. Manzano will take viewers to exclusive travel, fashion, and food escapades in the Philippines and abroad.
The lifestyle icon will give viewers a feel of the VIP treatment in his trips to luxury hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants.
“’The EIC On The Move’ is your passport to everything luxury. I shall be taking you to luxurious hotels, biggest bedrooms, restaurants, and excellent dishes, and behind-the-scenes,” Manzano said via an ABS-CBN press statement.
Meanwhile, Metro Channel will also feature international gastronomic adventures this month with the seventh season of the show of the late Anthony Bourdain, chef and bestselling author-turned-gourmet adventurer.
“Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations” will introduce viewers to people and places near and far starting July 20 at 11:00 p.m.
Another cooking show, “Masterchef” will also begin a new season starting July 27 at 9:00 p.m. Chefs Gordon Ramsay and Aarón Sanchez will return as judges of the cooking competition along with restaurateur Joe Bastianich.
In the US show’s latest season, the three judges will select contestants to mentor throughout the competition.
Meanwhile, “Destination Flavour: Scandinavia” will air every Tuesday at 10:00 p.m. Australian lawyer and chef Adam Liaw will immerse himself in Nordic culture, history, and cuisine and share his exciting experiences with the viewers. /vvp
