Kris Aquino’s promise to Teddyboy Locsin: ‘No more Mayor’

The past few days saw Queen of All Media Kris Aquino’s comeback to the big screen with a revenge body and a multimillion-peso outfit that’s enough to buy a three-bedroom condominium unit in Rockwell, Makati.
Aquino was definitely all glammed up at the press conference for her Star Cinema film ‘I Love You Hater’ last June 18. The film has Aquino starring with millennial actors Joshua Garcia and Julia Barretto. It was there in the press conference that Aquino revealed the cost of her outfit and her trimmer waist, an act that may just rival Princess Diana’s revenge dress at the Serpentine Gallery summer party in 1994.
If there’s anything Aquino perhaps has mastered, it’s leaving an impression, and she sure did as even Philippine Ambassador to the United Nations Teodoro “Teddyboy” Locsin Jr. did not miss the numbers behind her outfit.
Locsin took to his Twitter yesterday to give his thoughts about it. “Kris Aquino just made another $million detailing every item of clothing and accessory she had on in her ABSCBN walk back,” wrote Locsin. “Great outfit way above everybody’s pay grade in the studio. Love this girl. But Herbert? Really?”

It’s known that Aquino made several jabs at Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista in the press conference, where she at one point took off her Balmain sweater to show off her waist and said, “Hashtag, Mayor, this is what you’re missing.”
It didn’t take long for Aquino to get wind of Locsin’s tweet and replied to him on her own Twitter account yesterday.
Aquino sure puts he money where her mouth is, as she wrote, “I just finished shooting for @unilab_ph — this work pays the bills. Of course I shall listen to the man who carried me when I was a toddler — hehehe now everyone will be computing your age.”
Aquino promised Locsin, “No more Mayor. I’ll owe you a trip back to France if that statement will ever be taken back.”

Meanwhile, a netizen (@emz_dxb) told Locsin last night that there was another man they welcomed for Aquino. “@teddyboylocsin Herbert no more Sir, we welcome K [and] G we are happy for them together.”
Confused, Locsin replied, “Who’s G? Another one?” before saying that Aquino’s mother, the late former President Corazon Aquino, had told him to watch over her daughter.
“You know her mother told me to watch her,” added Locsin.

Meanwhile, Mayor Bautista has been keeping his silence since Aquino’s remarks in the press conference this week. It is known that Bautista is currently in Europe with his ex-partner Ma. Teresa “Tates” Gana and their two children Athena and Harvey for a vacation. /ra
