LISTEN: Panic! at the Disco releases new track ‘King of the Clouds’
United States rock band Panic! at the Disco has dropped a new track just days before their album “Pray for the Wicked” is set for release.
The catchy single “King of the Clouds”, which got its premiere on Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 radio show, is an R&B-tinged track that features the powerful vocals of frontman Brendon Urie.
“Pray for the Wicked”, the band’s sixth studio album, will drop this Friday. Urie and company are scheduled to support the album’s release with a U.S. arena tour that kicks off July 11 and concludes in the band’s hometown of Las Vegas on Aug. 18.
The band will then play nine dates in Australia, New Zealand and Asia in October, followed by a second U.S. tour leg in early 2019.
When those dates were announced, the band offered reassuring words to fans elsewhere, tweeting, “p.s. to everyone in the U.K. and Europe, we’ve got high high hopes that something is going to happen soon (patience, sinners).” JB
