Actor and recording artist Iñigo Pascual, whose boy-next-door smoldering looks mirror that of dad Piolo Pascual, was the ever good sport when a netizen pointed out his hyperactive behavior on ASAP Chillout. The young star, who is under Star Magic, regularly performs and hosts in the longest-running variety show.
Last Sunday, May 27, ASAP Chillout saw the likes of American Idol runner-up Jessica Sanchez, indie folk rock band Ben&Ben, and IV of Spades, among others, grace the stage. One Twitter user, a certain Lily, however couldn’t help but remark on Pascual’s presence in the show instead, taking to Twitter to air out her sentiments after Pascual posted about how much fun the show has been.
“Bakit ang hyper mo sa Asap chillout di ka mapirmi sa isang lugar lakad ka ng lakad habang may naghohost tapos bigla kang sisigaw!” wrote the netizen. “Bakit parang bata ka kumilos? Kakaiba ka ikaw lang ata yung artistang sobra yung pagka hyper di na nakakatuwa ung nakakainis na.”
(Why were you so hyper at ASAP Chillout? You can’t stay put in one place. You kept walking around while someone was hosting, then you’d suddenly shout! Why do you act like a child? You’re different. You seem to be the only star who is excessively hyper. It’s no longer funny. It’s already annoying.)

The netizen then asked Pascual to explain why he’s super hyper in the show, saying it isn’t normal anymore. “Kahit naka upo ka umiikot ka sa upuan tapos galaw ka ng galaw maya maya tatayo ka. Kapag nakatayo ka naman lakad ka ng lakad hinaharangan mo tuloy yung ibang host are u ok?”
(Even when seated, you kept moving on your chair, then later you would stand. But when you’re up, you kept walking around, you already get to block the other hosts. Are you okay?)
The netizen then proceeded to ask if Pascual had ADHD, even enumerating symptoms that the actor supposedly manifests.
“May mga symptoms ng ADHD na meron ka (There are symptoms of ADHD you manifest). Restlessness, you can’t sit still you need to tap your fingers or feet. Impulsiveness, you blurt out whatever comes in to your mind without thinking it first, [you’re] easily distracted, Disorganization [you’re] all over the place.”
Meanwhile Pascual, being the trooper, didn’t pay the netizen any serious thought, as he replied, “Mas okay na po hyper kesa madami po sinasabi… dami nyo po sinabi eh…”
(It’s better to be hyper than to be talkative. You said too much.)
Pascual added, “Salamat po! Kung ADHD man ako edi good! At least nageenjoy! Labyu! Hahahahhaaha.”
