It’s no secret that Judy Ann Santos loves to cook. A quick perusal of her Instagram shows her regularly offering culinary treats and delights to her two-million-strong followers. Santos first launched “Judy Ann’s Kitchen” on YouTube in October last year. In this cooking vlog, she shares a recipe every week, from fancy matcha-tiramisu crepe towers to sinful aligue fried rice and healthy salmon protein bowls.

Although “Judy Ann’s Kitchen” sounds like every gourmand’s haven, Santos doesn’t claim to be a connoisseur of sorts or a domestic goddess who rules the enigmatic world of her kitchen. Instead, she leans toward her more casual and friendly art of winging things.  It seems too that her efforts in the kitchen are paying off, as she took to Instagram two days ago to express her happiness over people’s feedback on her cooking videos.

“Comments like this makes my heart smile,” gushed Santos as she shared a comment of a netizen praising her for her cooking vlog. “Maraming, maraming salamat to each and every one of you who are subscribed (or just trolling my channel… para lang MEMA!).”

The netizen, a certain Karla, was praising Santos for her “homestyle cooking innovativity” as well as her comical antics and personality far different from the “overly-saturated elitist ways of social media.”
