‘My 2 Mommies’ grateful for P34.5 million sales in 5 days

Regal Films’ Mother’s Day presentation “My 2 Mommies” breaks box-office records with a staggering P34.5 million earnings within its first five days of release.

Even on its first day, it already made a milestone by earning P5.5 million.

In behalf of the entire cast and crew of the movie, lead actor Paolo Ballesteros expressed his sincerest gratitude for those who have already watched the film.

The family-oriented movie comes highly recommended by critics for its comedic yet touching story. The plot revolves around a gay man who is forced to be a father to a little boy. He would then share parent role with Solenn Heussaff’s character who would also play mother to the same kid.

Also part of the cast are Maricel Soriano, Joem Bascon, Dianne Medina and Marcus Cabais.

Directed by Eric Quizon, “My 2 Mommies” opened in cinemas nationwide last May 9. /muf
