EXO star Kai’s father passes away

The father of EXO’s main dancer, Kai, has died, Soompi reports.
A source from SM Entertainment, Kai’s agency, confirmed on May 8 that the father of the EXO member succumbed to an unspecified chronic illness.
“Kai’s father passed away yesterday due to a chronic illness. Kai is currently staying at the wake, and the funeral will be held quietly with family and relatives,” the source revealed. “We ask for your consideration so that the family can grieve his father’s passing.”
K-Pop boy group EXO successfully staged its concert, “The EℓyXiOn In Manila”, last April 28 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. JB
