Kapamilya comedian Vice Ganda had his kidney stones monitored through a CT Scan.

ABS-CBN’s MJ Felipe on Wednesday posted on Twitter a photo of the comedian on the CT Scan bed.

Recently, Vice Ganda has been sharing to the public his struggles after being diagnosed with kidney stones. Last February, he underwent a procedure called Shock Wave Lithrotripsy to ease his kidney problem.

He also had stents of tubes in his body to help remove the stones.

Latest reports show that the big ones had been removed but the small ones remained.

Vice Ganda has also said his kidney stones are affecting his daily work in Kapamilya noontime show “It’s Showtime.”

He said his movements are hampered as he could feel the pain caused by the kidney stones every time he dances or even just plays naughty with his co-hosts.

In one episode of the show, Vice Ganda asked the viewers to pray for his speedy recovery.
