Julia officially turns 21 today, March 10, and just as in her last birthday, her family was with her including her mom Marjorie and her siblings.

Her birthday party was also again attended by her showbiz friends, including Yassi Pressman, Sam Concepcion, Ronnie Alonte, Bela Padilla and many others.
