What Kim Chiu found out about Xian Lim after European trip

You will know more about a person when you travel with him,” said actress Kim Chiu of what she had found out about rumored boyfriend Xian Lim after their recent eight-day European trip.
“He is patient with me, and very giving,” Kim said, adding that the trip was Xian’s Christmas gift to her. “He told me that I was free to decide whatever I wanted to do.”
“We explored different European countries and saw the Northern Lights. It’s also my first white Christmas,” she recalled. “At one point, I asked if we could ride the rollercoaster. He didn’t want to, but he relented. He felt like vomiting afterwards.”
Asked by the Inquirer about the real score between her and Xian, Kim answered: “Let’s not put a label to it. You’ve seen our Instagram posts, so just read between the lines. We’re happy, and we just want to leave it at that.”
Since her drama series “Ikaw Lang Ang Iibigin” recently ended its eight-month run, Kim is set to make a movie with Star Cinema and go full blast with the promotion of her album with Star Records.
The TV series gave her the opportunity to work with ex-boyfriend Gerald Anderson. She said reuniting with Gerald has made her realize that “we have matured a lot and are now both professionals. We didn’t see each other for years before doing this project, so we both reached out to break the ice. We worked hard to regain our friendship.”
Gerald is now rumored to be dating fellow ABS-CBN contract artist Bea Alonzo.
The teleserye also introduced Kim to the sport of triathlon. “I race because I’m collecting medals. I now have 20,” she beamed, adding that the longest race she has joined so far was the 21-kilometer run at the recent Ironman Philippines held in Cebu.
“The show has inspired me to become a runner. Now, I influence my friends to exercise,” she said. “I would always tell them that instead of staying at home and dwelling on their problems, they should run with me. Sexy ka na, happy ka pa!”
