The cold December weather did not stop Kapuso power couple Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera from having fun under the mild sun on Siargao island in Mindanao.
On Instagram, the two posted several photos on their respective accounts of their recent family getaway in the famous tourist destination.
Dantes shared this photo of his wife enjoying the island wearing a polka dot swimsuit. He wrote in jest “Psst… miss, pa-kiss.”
Their 2-year-old daughter Zia posed for the camera like her mother. Dantes said this was taken moments after she first dipped into saltwater, and that “[h]er reaction then was way more animated than this.”
Rivera then posted sweet photos of herself and Dantes with the caption, “Si Marimar at Sergio,” referring to the roles they played in the 2007 remake of the Mexican telenovela.
She also posted this sweet photo of mother and daughter enjoying the breeze.
Their escape to paradise would not be complete without a complete family shot right before they dug into the boodle feast.
The family of three took some time off from showbiz commitments, as Rivera currently stars in “Super Ma’am.” Meanwhile, Dantes previously took action in “Alyas Robin Hood” with its concluded second season. /ra
