WATCH: Wil Dasovich celebrates 1M YouTube subscribers with Alodia Gosiengfiao

YouTube vlogger Wil Dasovich has finally reached 1 million subscribers since joining in 2014.

The Filipino-American set this as a goal after revealing that he was diagnosed with cancer in August 2017.

Loved ones and fans have rallied online with the hashtag #1MilforWil.

Dasovich’s vlogs began with him learning Filipino and exploring beki (gay) lingo. It has since expanded to featuring his travels across the country and Asia, and has included various celebrities and online personalities.

The video, shot with professional cosplayer Alodia Gosiengfiao, shows Dasovich sitting in anticipation as they watch the number of subscribers rise—and then fall—until it hits 1 million.

Their celebration involved him lifting Gosiengfiao off the ground and getting a kiss from her on the cheek.

Dasovich quips that he needs to reach six million to feel “good enough” for Gosiengfiao.

The pair, who have yet to confirm if they are dating, have been dubbed “Wilodia” by fans.

The 26-year-old online personality and former “Pinoy Big Brother” housemate has been battling stage three colon cancer. His treatment has mainly been chemotherapy at a San Francisco hospital.

Gosiengfiao has been flying to the US to support him through chemo sessions, and his videos have shown them more than friendly with each other.

Apart from giving him company during his treatment, Gosiengfiao has also been welcome to family occasions and meeting his friends in the US. /ra
