Iya Villania has always been a fitness buff, but now she’s taken her strength to the next level.

The crossfit aficionado shared a video of her performing a snatch, which is when the weights are lifted overhead while squatting.

It looked effortless to her as she stood straight and turned to the camera with a winning expression just before dropping it.

The Fil-Australian TV host shared that she made a personal record while doing the lift, which explains why the trainers celebrated with her afterwards.

Villania is known to be unstoppable when it comes to fitness: Even while she was pregnant, she continued to remain fit, and shut down naysayers when she delivered healthy baby Primo.

She also advocates body positivity and shuns stereotypes that women don’t look good with muscles.
