Janine Gutierrez showed off her latest fitness skill: speed bag punching.
“Achievement unlocked,” the actress and model wrote about an Instagram video of her effortlessly hitting a speed bag.
She revealed that it had been a year since she mastered the skill, which serves as a cardio workout and requires focus and coordination.
“#milliondollarbaby,” teased Rayver Cruz in a comment, referencing the Clint Eastwood-helmed Academy Award-winning movie, which featured a female boxer played by Hilary Swank.
