After taking an indefinite leave from ABS-CBN to attend to personal matters, award-winning actor John Lloyd Cruz currently enjoys a quiet life away from the spotlight. His vacation is of course not without his rumored girlfriend, sexy actress Ellen Adarna.
True to ABS-CBN’s official statement, he flew off to another country and chose Morocco. But despite leaving his showbiz commitments, he still keeps his fans updated of his whereabouts through his social media accounts.
His spate of controversies lately were due to fans’ negative reaction to his supposed excessive and improper ways of enjoyment. As things seemed to cool down recently, he now again seems to have another intriguing action. This time, it’s about work, and it has gotten his fans and followers intrigued yet again.
In what is believed to be the actor’s Instagram account, a photo of a shirt that said “#AVoidWork” was recently uploaded. The photo was captioned with the following: “#AVoidWork is a work concept of artist poklong anading #justsaying #itsjustashirtalso.”

Cruz currently stars in the Kapamilya sitcom”Home Sweetie Home” opposite TV host-actress Toni Gonzaga. Adarna is part of the extended cast. Many believe that their romance might have started on the set of their show.
Is the actor really just taking a time off or is he slowly hinting at finally quitting showbiz?
The actor also arrived late at the recently concluded Star Magic Ball. Some speculate that he purposely skipped the red carpet to avoid the media. JB
