After a week since Wil Dasovich announced that he had cancer, doctors were able to provide more details to the diagnosis, according to the YouTuber’s latest vlog.

In what was a “harsh, heavy” and emotional day for him and his family, the 26-year-old learned that he had stage 3 colon cancer.

Prior to that, when a doctor told him that it was rectal cancer which requires radiation, the vlogger admitted that he broke down.

“When they said I had to have radiation and a hundred percent chance that I couldn’t have kids, that’s when I broke down because I always imagined having an army of children.”

“I still have to do chemotherapy, and there’s a chance it still kills your sperm,” shared Dasovich.

“It’s stage 3, it’s developed, it’s gotten in my lymph nodes,” he said. The good news was that “it hasn’t metastasized.”

Unlike stage 4 cancer, he has a higher survival rate with stage 3. The next steps would still be discussed with his family, but at least the mental toll of not knowing the details of his cancer was over. “We battle,” the Fil-Am vlogger declared.

Through the journey with him was Alodia Gosiengfiao, a fellow vlogger and cosplayer whom he has traveled with.

Based on their respective vlogs, Gosiengfiao accompanied him to a party with another family whom Dasovich described as his “second parents.”

YouTubers couldn’t help notice sparks between the two—and they acknowledged it when they showed videos of #Wilodia, their alleged couple name.

Fans have made videos of the pair’s “kilig moments” from their vlogs, which Dasovich’s family and friends enjoyed.

Their vlog showed how the two friends balanced out Dasovich’s playfulness against Gosiengfiao’s more reserved personality.

There were times when he put his arm around Gosiengfiao, and several moments when she would laugh at his banter.

Even Erwan Heussaff couldn’t help but comment on the “love team”:

The model also shared words of support for Dasovich: “I just want you to know that I will be here to support you because it’s going to be a tough journey ahead. I know you’re strong enough to get through this on your own but I’ll do what I can to help make things easier. You’re an inspiration to many, you are an inspiration to me. And I learned from you to never be afraid. You can do this. We can get through this.” JB
