Industry bigwig walks out of high-profile project
It was the final straw for this famous tandem.
While working on a high profile project, Industry Bigwig 1 and cohort IB2 were miffed by the slow pace and inefficiency of some peers.
IB1 wanted to know what the cause of the delay was.
Coworkers’ incompetence pushed IB1 over the edge. They promised sweeping changes in the workplace. Unfortunately, things ended up deteriorating, instead of improving.
Exasperated IB1 walked out.
As luck would have it, IB1 and IB2 got blamed for the entire fiasco.
To be fair, IB2 was not as vocal as IB1, but still got dragged into the mess.
Good ole reliable
Some things never change.
The ardent followers of Gifted Star got a mouthful from Cantankerous Guardian at a splashy gathering.
The poor eager-beavers merely wanted a little face time with GS.
CG raised hell. It was late and way past GS’ bedtime, CG exclaimed.
CG can always be relied on to raise a ruckus and protect GS from the madding crowd.
It comes with the territory.
Magnificent obsession
A well-placed mole insists that Vociferous Dame has been peddling several projects all over town.
VD had pitched a number of ventures to different companies.
So far, there are no takers.
VD, however, stumbled on a new Wealthy Benefactor. Thing is, WB is the boss of Popular Rival.
Looks like VD is still determined to filch every lucrative deal away from PR.

Ghosts from the past
Insiders are getting antsy over Controversial Celebrity’s lurid shenanigans.
Seems the past is coming back to haunt CC.
If CC lands in hot water, several projects will surely be put on hold. CC’s coworkers are now in panic mode.
If supposed enemies gain the upper hand, then that will spell doom for CC and company.
Will the long arm of the law finally catch up with CC?

Speaking of poetic justice, this affair was cursed from the start.
Turned out Sultry Starlet and Glib Personality’s relationship is built on shaky ground.
SS and GP started going out while they were still involved with other people. SS deceived Troubled Cutie, while GP betrayed Alluring Luminary.
Alas, karma might come knocking on their doors sooner than expected. After all, once a cheater, always a cheater.
Will SS and GP end up being disloyal to each other, too?
