‘Wonder Woman 2’ announces release date, no news on director, cast
Finally confirming long-circulating rumors, “Wonder Woman 2” was officially announced at the San Diego Comic Convention.
DC Entertainment has since provided a release date: Dec. 13, 2019.

“Wonder Woman” director Patty Jenkins, the main woman behind the film’s whipping success, is still in negotiations to helm the film. She has been working with writer Geoff Johns on the sequel’s script, which is said to be set in the Cold War.
Gal Gadot continues to play “Wonder Woman” in “Justice League,” which will screen this November. While it’s practically a given that she will star in the sequel, she has yet to be announced in her reprising role.
