David Beckham answers trolls who called him out for kissing daughter on lips
It’s quite comical to see how people are easily irked these days and David Beckham recently found that out after sharing a touching photo with his daughter Harper, who’s turning 7 years old this July 10.
The retired football legend was blasted by several netizens online, who claimed that the image of him kissing his daughter on the lips was “inappropriate.”
His Instagram photo was flooded with comments like “On the lips??? What has the world come to” and “it’s not a good look.”
Beckham addressed the criticism and defended his action through a discussion on Facebook Live.
The 42-year-old Englishman insisted that he and his wife, Victoria, are “very affectionate” with their kids because that is how he was brought up.

Despite the negative backlash, some netizens defended the patriarch’s way of showing affection to his only daughter.
One user wrote: “Beautiful photo between a dad and his daughter. anyone else think other wise that’s they twisted mind.” Another said: “It’s beautiful. Anything that promotes emotional connectivity is good. It’s certainly not inappropriate to kiss your child.”
