Lea Salonga and her former on-screen partner Aga Muhlach recently reunited.
In an Instagram post on Monday, the “The Voice Teens” coach snapped a selfie with the veteran actor during a meet-up. “Dinner companion for tonight. Spouses were also in attendance,” Salonga captioned her photo.
Salonga and Muhlach top-billed the films “Bakit Labis Kitang Mahal” (1992) and “Sana Maulit Muli” (1995), which spiked into box office hits. Although it was announced that the two will star in an upcoming Star Cinema film, the project was put on hold due to conflicting schedules.
“That’s not happening this year,” Salonga told ABS-CBN lin March. “I mean I would love to, again, if schedules work out. But I’m looking at my year and certain prospects and possibilities, and I’m not optimistic about our prospect for doing a film this year.”
