Ryan Reynolds gushes about wife Blake in ‘Humans of NY’ post

Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively continue to enamor fans with their carefree and jolly marriage.

The “Deadpool” actor and his wife, also an actress, were one of the celebrities captured on Brandon Stanton’s camera at the fund-raising event Met Gala on Tuesday (Monday in the US). Their alluring photo was featured on Stanton’s social media photoblog “Humans of New York.”

In a short interview with Stanton, Reynolds gushed how Lively continued to be his sunshine and empathetic supporter. “She always responds with empathy. She meets anger with empathy. She meets hate with empathy. She’ll take the time to imagine what happened to a person when they were five or six years old,” he said. “And she’s made me a more empathetic person.”

Reynolds described Lively as a shoulder to rely on when stricken with murky memories. “I had a very fractured relationship with my father. Before he died, she made me remember things I didn’t want to remember. She made me remember the good times,” Reynolds elucidated.
