Actress Vivian Velez on Saturday bid farewell to the ABS-CBN afternoon drama “Tubig at Langis” and thanked her co-stars in the show following a feud with fellow actress Cristine Reyes.
Velez took to Instagram to share a preview of how her character would die while expressing her “sincerest love” to the staff of the program for their “heartfelt send-off” during her last taping day.

“I was deeply moved by your actions, kind words, and encouragement. I truly believe that everything happens for a reason and I am very confident that this is no exception,” Velez said in the caption.
“In an imperfect world, we must often pause once in a while to enjoy the small things in life that give us joy, happiness, and contentment in life. This will be a brief pause, until we meet again. With love, VV,” she added.

Velez left the show following a feud with Reyes, whom she accused of rudeness and who supposedly asked her to leave a dressing room that they shared during taping.
In a television interview, Reyes denied the allegations and said that Velez was the one who has an “attitude problem.”

The show’s production team, in an official statement, took responsibility for the “miscommunication” between the actresses. YG
